At ADRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
